I believe that every new blog should include a definitional post - one that clearly defines the purpose and/or goals of the blog - early in its lifetime. Think of it as a Blog Mission Statement.

I’ve been honing the ‘angle’ for DomainBinge over the last several weeks, and now feel comfortable enough with the blog’s purpose to offer its definitional post.

Here goes:

DomainBinge aims to chronicle a beginner’s journey into the domain industry. There is a great deal of new interest in the industry, and the learning curve is significant. In hopes of helping others getting into the game, I’ll write about my experiences, thoughts, strategies and anecdotes as I delve into this exciting area.

Thinking long term, I hope that DomainBinge will become a beginner’s guide to domain investing.
